I grew up two blocks from here, splitting my pocket money between the arcade on Bourke Street and the bakery my grandmother ran below our flat. Nelvarok is those two rooms stitched into one — flour on the counter, 240Hz on the screens.
Every station is built and cleaned by our crew each morning, every keyboard swab-tested, and every loaf of focaccia proofed overnight in the back. We wanted a room where a first-timer and a ranked grinder feel equally at home. That's the whole recipe.
